Shipping Policy

Currently, we only deliver to Canada & USA*.
Ambreen Ehtisham is located in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada. For Locals its free pickup facility. This option is available at checkout. Our studio is located in FORT MCMURRAY, AB, CANADA.

Shipping Times: Please note that due to Covid-19 these dates cannot be guaranteed. These are approximate shipping time estimations provided to us by Canada Post.

Canada : 4-30 business days
USA : 5-45 business days

*excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands. Any orders from these locations will be subject to an additional postal fee if applicable. You will be sent an second invoice just to cover the additional postage for your order.
Shipping & Handling

Please allow 2-14 business days for items to be packaged and shipped. Some items may take longer if additional packaging needs to be purchased.

All purchases will be shipped via Canada Post from Canada to their destination. In some cases where Canada Post will not deliver the package due to the size or weight, packages may be sent via another courier company.

International Orders will be charged best rate postal charges. You will be sent an second invoice just to covered the additional postage for your order.

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes.These are established by your local customs authorities. Ambreen Ehtisham is not responsible for these costs. Please visit your local customs authorities website for more information. 

Delivery dates are not guaranteed for reasons out of our control. Once your product has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling of your product. Ambreen Ehtisham is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Please be sure that all information provided is CORRECT. Ambreen Ehtisham is not responsible for shipments that are not able to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information. If package is non-deliverable to address provided to us, it will be shipped back to us or destroyed based on return shipping costs.

If a package is returned to us, customer is responsible for paying return to sender fee as well as re-shipment cost. If package is destroyed due to non-claim by customer, customer must re-purchase item.
